We're looking for compassionate Support Service Managers with Leadership experience who are ready to make a difference in the lives of formerly homeless adults in downtown San Francisco!
Tenderloin Housing Clinic manages 24 Single Room Occupancy residential hotels in the Tenderloin, Mission and SOMA neighborhoods. Each Hotel has between 1 and 6 designated Case Managers depending on the size of the building. Caseloads are 1 Case Manager to 35 tenants. Each Support Services Manager supervises a team of 6 Case Managers at one or more sites.
Tenderloin Housing Clinic follows a "Housing First" model. Our Support Services staff plays a critical role in keeping tenants housed by working on-site directly with tenants, many of whom are dual-diagnosed.
The Support Services Staff provides the following services:
-Intake & Assessment
-Case Management
-Benefits Advocacy
-Community Referrals
-Mediation with Property Management
-Conflict Resolution
-Support Groups
-Social Events
-Organized Tenant Activities
-Wellness Checks
