Job Description Title: Engineering Coordinator
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Engineering coordinator to join our team. While experience with Solidworks is preferred, it is not required. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a willingness to learn and contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply, as the ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing various administrative tasks to support our team and ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or related field is a plus.

Experience using computer systems, including MS office
- Experience with Solidworks is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and utilize Solidworks skills as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the engineering team within the company, including but not limited to:
- Help with New Product development.

Help with new product introductions

Help with data entry of materials.

Help with procurement of data needed for product support
- Scan documentation as needed.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Utilize Solidworks skills to support engineering when necessary, such as basic drafting (training provided as needed)

Self-Checks own work for completeness, accuracy, and meeting standards.

Keeps engineering manager informed of all activity, including timely preparation of required reports.
- Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees and managers to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continue improvement.
