Server/Bartender

Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Server/Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. Good servers/bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take and serve food and drink orders efficiently and accurately, and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Bartending: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, and maintain an understanding of menu items and drink offerings.
- Order Management: Ensure that customers’ orders are properly entered into the POS system, monitor food and beverage orders, and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar area, tables, and customer seating areas. Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, restocking bar supplies, and maintaining par levels of stock. Report inventory shortages to the manager.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff and other servers/bartenders to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Assist in training new staff as needed.
- Event Support: Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events and private parties.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certification (e.g., bartending license, food handler’s permit) as required by local laws and regulations.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays and supplies for extended periods.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
