Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Must be able to use a spreadsheets and proficient in data entry.
-Having a tech background is not required but diserable.
Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with human resources tasks, including on boarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Assist with training development and implementation
- Provide support to the office manager in various administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in medical office management is preferred but not required
