We are looking for a dedicated Construction Administration Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting daily office administration and providing assistance to our construction service team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office administration tasks
- Support the construction service team
- Ensure efficient and effective project completion
- Organize crews and dispatch for emergency services
- Handle personnel scheduling and job production in a dynamic environment
- Use computerized systems for project management
- Organize paperwork and project documentation
Skills Required:
- Basic office functions, including proficiency in Outlook, MS 365, Teams, and CRM databases
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Proficiency in proofreading documents related to construction projects
- Knowledge of software such as QuickBooks and MS365 for administrative tasks
- Clerical skills for organizing paperwork and project documentation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a maintenance coordinator or in insurance administration
- Familiarity with insurance claims processing
