Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to children with special needs.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior modification strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals working with clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and designing behavior intervention plans
- Strong background in special education, behavioral health, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and families in diverse settings
