We are currently seeking an individual with basic to advanced office skills to assist our office staff with daily tasks.
Skills Needed:
- Good customer service
- Inside sales experience a big plus
- Answer incoming calls and other receptionist duties
- Ability to add jobs to Google Calendar
- Able to keep up with a fast pace environment
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Good computer skills
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to work under pressure / high volume calls
- Trustworthy
- Dependable
- Be a go-getter not afraid to take on any task
There will be a few other office tasks and projects to handle during the shift but very light clerical duties.
Pay starts at $19/hour plus bonuses.
