Job Overview:
As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the company, enabling you to develop leadership skills and advance to higher positions, including the role of Office Floor Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Answer questions and provide information to potential customers
- Schedule appointments for sales presentations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Growth Opportunities:
- First 3 Months: Entry-level Telemarketing Sales Representative with basic training and onboarding. During this period, you will learn the company's sales processes and begin to build your own portfolio of clients.
- Months 4-6: As you demonstrate your sales capabilities, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and grow your role within the team. High performers can become Senior Sales Representatives, mentoring new hires and leading by example.
- Months 7-12: Successful Senior Sales Representatives can be promoted to Team Leader positions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a small team of sales representatives, overseeing their performance and providing coaching and support to help them succeed.
- Month 13 and Beyond: Exceptional Team Leaders may advance to the role of Office Floor Manager. This position involves managing the entire sales floor, coordinating between different teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive overall sales performance. As an Office Floor Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the sales culture and contributing to the company's growth.
