Position Overview:
As a Destination Luxury Homes (DLH) Project Manager/Site Supervisor in Tucson, you will report directly to owner Shawn Hunter. You are responsible to represent, at the highest level, the DLH Name, quality product and service.
Every DLH project needs to be completed on schedule, and with the highest level of workmanship. Your responsibilities are to schedule and manage construction projects, new homes, additions, and/or renovations. You will provide guidance and advice to trades, and report back to head office any issues on site. You will serve as the main contact between the sub-contractors and DLH Head office. This position requires a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment, while balancing multiple projects and priorities.

On Site Responsibilities
- Attend job sites on daily/weekly bases depending on scheduled work
- Manage sub-contractors work, workmanship and schedules on site
- Attend site visits with Shawn Hunter when required
- Send weekly progress photos of projects to online server
- Perform construction related tasks when required
Administrative Responsibilities
- Attend weekly scheduling meetings
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Meet with designer to review design/blueprints
- Review construction costs with Shawn prior to, and during construction
- Schedule delivery of materials to job site from suppliers
- Schedule trades to perform tasks onsite
- Develop schedule to manage multiple projects at one time
- Review invoices from trades prior to payment
Tools & Technology
- You will be responsible to supply your own tools. In the event you require a tool that you do not have, DLH will provide the tool for you.
- You will be responsible to provide your own mobile phone and monthly fees. DLH will provide an iPad (computer).
Trucks
- You will be asked to use your own truck for day to day site visits. In the event you need to travel outside of Tucson, DLH will provide a truck to you. DLH will cover the cost of fuel and insurance for your truck as long as it is being used for DLH related projects. DLH will cover the cost to have your truck wrapped with the LD and DLH logos.
Vacation
- You will be eligible for 2 weeks (10 Days) paid vacation per calendar year.
Hours
- You will be responsible to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will be asked to work Saturdays, if required.
Pay Rate
- Hourly rate will be $25-$35 per hour, for the first 3 months of employment.
Review
- Performance and pay rate review will be at 3 months of employment, and once per year on the anniversary of start date thereafter.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
