Seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in the ABA field who will be responsible for assisting the leadership team in a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities Include:
- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the execution of recurring and one-off tasks and projects as directed by the leadership team. This may include, but not be limited to: scheduling client and staff sessions, acting as the first point of contact for cancellations and reschedules, conducting client intakes, sending and tracking all required forms and documentation with the caregivers, initiation of assessment and reassessment requests, ongoing review and collection of documentation and consents, tracking and resolving expired documents and coverage, reviewing and responding to routine correspondence, updating employee profiles for onboarding and offboarding, and coordination with clinical leadership for case assignments
- Collaborate with the Director of Family Outreach and Coordination to streamline and expedite all administrative tasks
- Act as an ambassador for Journey ABA, and be able to clearly and accurate explain all services and policies to referral sources and caregivers
- Serve as a point of contact to current and prospective caregivers while ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction
- Assist as directed with documenting all policies and procedures to facilitate training and business continuity
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend to leadership for consideration
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in healthcare administration, 2 or more years of Administrative Assistant or similar experience in ABA, experience with a variety of funders including Medicaid and private insurance, bilingual applicant preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 or more year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- High school diploma
- Health care industry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM EST
