We connect schools with qualified tele-practitioners like you, providing a flexible platform for effective teaching, assessment, and therapy, either on a full-year or short-term basis.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
- Active licensure in Louisiana,willingness to obtain, or renew
- Ability to lead IEPs and conduct evaluations, internal clinical team available for virtual support
- Strong tech skills and interpersonal communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a fully remote environment

Essential Functions:
- Conduct multi-factored evaluations to identify students with speech and language impairments
- Provide remote speech and language services for therapy and prevention
- Assist in curriculum development and local policies related to speech and language disabilities
- Deliver tele-services for both school and community settings
- Implement speech/language services via a HIPAA/FERPA compliant platform, individually or in small groups
- Plan and execute effective, tailored educational programs
- Foster inclusive learning environments respecting diverse student needs and abilities
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding goals, objectives, and progress
- Attend parent conferences as needed
- Utilize best practices and instructional techniques suitable for diverse student populations
- Maintain professional conduct and adherence to school policies
