Environment Control is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services over the phone, engaging with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and possess exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
Salary: $20.00/hour + Commission
Days & Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am- 5pm with 1 hr lunch
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and present our products/services in a persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Follow established sales scripts and methodologies to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
- Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, exchange ideas, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills to close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and driven individual who can work independently and achieve targets.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a passion for sales and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
