Seton House is a self-sufficiency program located in North Casper for single-parent families experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to support single-parent families in their journey towards self-sufficiency as they strive to achieve independence. We provide individual coaching, support services, youth services and transitional housing to participant families. Seton House is seeking a motivated and organized individual to oversee property management, property security, donation management, maintenance planning and scheduling, minor repair work, apartment inspections as well as pick up and deliveries related to our small non-profit. We are a small organization, and we are looking for the right person to join our team with a positive attitude and a desire to serve others. Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains property by inspecting units and performing daily inspections of the grounds
- Cleaning and stocking apartments or supervising the cleaning/stocking when there is a vacancy for new program participant families.
- Maintains building systems by planning annual routine inspections and required follow-up. This includes fire suppression inspections, backflow prevention, fire extinguishers, etc.
- Reports and repairs of large and small appliances. (no prior experience necessary)
- Performs maintenance and housing supplies requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and enhance the participants experience.
- Recruit, organize, and supervise volunteers
- Accept donations, organize them, distributed to Seton House participants and maintain all storage of donated items. This included picking up donations and disposing of donations not appropriate for the organization.
- The qualified applicant will need to be able to lift 50-75 pounds and have a valid driver's license.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
