Job Summary:
Limo Anywhere, part of the Fullsteam family of companies, is seeking a dynamic Inside Account Executive to join our team in the ground transportation software industry. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads, prospecting for new clients, and facilitating the transition of new sales to the onboarding team. The ideal candidate is a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building rapport with potential clients. Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels. Qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and purchasing timeline. Guide leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Prospecting: Proactively identify and target new clients through outbound prospecting efforts. Research potential leads, understand their needs and pain points, and tailor outreach strategies to effectively engage with decision-makers.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Track interactions, update lead statuses, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions. Listen to client needs, provide customized recommendations, and address objections to effectively close sales.

Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, sales development, and onboarding teams to drive seamless transitions throughout the sales process. Coordinate handoffs and ensure a smooth transition for new clients from sales to implementation.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Continuously optimize processes, iterate on messaging, and identify opportunities for improvement to drive business growth.

Customer Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Provide ongoing support, address client inquiries, and serve as a trusted advisor to foster long-term partnerships.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions to drive success.
Primary Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Proven track record of success in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the software industry.

Strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
