**Job Title:** Training Consultant III

**Introduction:**
We are looking for a seasoned Training Consultant III to lead our training programs. This role requires the ability to work independently and involves full responsibility for developing and conducting customized training classes tailored to meet organizational needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage comprehensive training plans and associated curriculums for various organizational needs.
- Conduct customized training sessions that may include central, regional, hands-on, classroom, train-the-trainer, train-the-user, and web-based formats.
- Identify and secure the resources necessary to implement effective training plans.
- Ensure all training activities are conducted in accordance with the established plans.
- Analyze and address specific training considerations and modify approaches as needed to maximize effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in training and development.
- Strong ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively conduct training sessions and engage participants.
- Proven track record in developing training materials and curriculums tailored to audience needs.
- Experience with a variety of training methodologies and platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $71,048.70 - $85,564.03 per year
