Answering Telephones: Managing incoming calls is crucial for effective communication within the healthcare facility. The PSR handles inquiries from patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Scheduling Appointments: Efficient appointment scheduling is essential for optimizing patient flow and minimizing wait times. The PSR manages appointment bookings, ensuring proper allocation of resources and timely access to healthcare services.
