Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients nationwide.
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/ negotiate offered services.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the company’s P&L.
- Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
- Manage day-to-day operations with KPI metrics.
- Customer Service
- Create and manage strategic plan for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain best business practices.
- Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
- Generate insights leveraging internal and external business intelligence to report on, and drive the business.
- Calculate and measure risk profile for strategic plans and decisions.
- Responsible for the management of customers load acceptance process as well as the creation of SOP’s.
- Attend customer events and conduct annual business reviews.
- Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of industry-related experience.
- Proven management and leadership experience.
- Previous experience working with word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead sales team.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Preferably Chinese Speaking
