Job Description:
The Research Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in organizing and managing qualitative research projects. This position involves coordinating focus groups, in-depth interviews, online community bulletin boards, and other professional research data gathering activities involving real-world participants. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, ethical and passionate about helping society and / or researching public viewpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a project manager and data analyst to identify potential participants from data sources.
- Act as the liaison between the company, respondents, and clients to ensure participants' qualifications, availability, and involvement in the study.
- Profile and screen potential voluntary participants in research studies.
- Document call dispositions accordingly and report progress.
- Educate the public about research processes and standards
- Answer questions and maintain communication with participants.
- Communicate and strategize with clients and internal stakeholders to successfully develop solutions and complete projects.
Note that there is no cold calling involved; all calls are made to individuals who have already agreed to participate in market research. We never engage in sales, unsolicited calls, and are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry due to our status as a vetted non-partisan political research firm.

Schedule:
- Our people generally work Sunday thru Thursday, when the public is most available by phone or computer.
- We pay our people well for part-time work, because the hours vary and change - and our people must be versatile with them.
- Work hours vary based on the requirements of each research project.
- Friday and Saturday nights are almost always off, as are most holiday periods.
