Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage Communication: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve Inquiries: Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Product Information: Provide detailed information about our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to fulfill customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Must have prior call center or customer service experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
