Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Content Marketing Manager to join our team. If you're a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves producing high-quality content, this role is perfect for you! You'll be responsible for a wide range of content creation and management tasks, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and web development. We need someone who can efficiently turn around engaging content while having fun doing it!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the associations’ social media content calendar.
- Develop and publish organic social media posts, including writing copy, creating graphics and video, tagging, and scheduling posts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts.
- Engage with social media followers to grow ISA’s online audience.
- Edit and repurpose existing video content (e.g. from events, webinars, interviews, podcasts, etc.) to create social media snippets/video shorts.
- Generate content from various sources, including written, verbal transcripts, blogs, articles, webinars, podcasts, and videos and disseminate via social media.
- Develop and maintain the email marketing calendar.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, creating graphics, scheduling emails, and segmenting audiences.
- Source content for ISA’s eNewsletters, creating graphics, laying out the newsletter, and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns and events using WordPress.
- Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva, creating materials such as social media posts, PDFs, one-sheet flyers, and multi-page event documents.
- Assist with maintaining the ISA website, ensuring content is current.
- Expand brand awareness by distributing content through multiple channels, including the website, social media, email ,etc.
- Maintain schedules for multiple marketing communication initiatives/campaigns.
- Assist with administrative needs of the marketing, sales, and events departments as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
· Minimum of three years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on social media content creation.
· Proficient in graphic design platforms such as Canva.
· Strong knowledge of all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
· Experience with WordPress desired.
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Excellent written and oral communication skills with impeccable grammar.
· Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
· Self-starter with a creative mindset and the ability to figure things out independently.
· Efficient and quick in producing and managing content.
· Ability to travel up to four times per year, with potential for more.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
