Seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Beaumont, TX.

Must identify leads, proactively prospect, and secure new profitable business in the assigned market.

Responsible for selling Commercial and Industrial lines of business.

Expected to grow the market area through phone appointments, face-to-face presentations, and consistent follow-up with key decision-makers.
Location: Beaumont, TX, US.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $50,000 + Commission + auto allowance + fuel card
Responsibilities:-
Identify and pursue potential leads actively to secure new profitable business in the assigned market in Beaumont, TX.

Sell both Commercial and Industrial lines of business by conducting phone appointments, face-to-face presentations, and consistent follow-up with key decision-makers.

Maintain and expand the market area through effective relationship-building and customer loyalty strategies.

Renew contracts with existing customers to enhance customer relationships and boost customer profitability when suitable.

Communicate proactively with customers to support pricing initiatives set by the Company.

Deliver engaging sales presentations to both new and existing clients, ensuring follow-up with key customer decision-makers to finalize sales.

Conduct regular phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to secure initial and follow-up appointments with decision-makers.

Capture customer emails efficiently while minimizing rate restrictions and customer credits.

Stay informed about market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to predict changing customer needs.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Company's services, business lines, and pricing structures, proposing additional services to grow profitable revenue.

Complete necessary Customer Service Agreements, reports, and paperwork promptly and according to Company policies.

Meet with the Area Sales Manager regularly to review customer retention activities, progress toward goals, and the status of key customer relationships.

Enhance Company visibility by participating in Company-sponsored activities and events, acting as a Company representative at community events as needed.

Perform any other relevant job duties as assigned or apparent.
Qualifications:-
To be considered for the Territory Sales Representative position in Beaumont, TX, US, you should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role, focusing on identifying and addressing customer needs.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the waste or service industry.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this position.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is considered a plus.
