Pay: $17.50 - $18 / hour
Position Overview: The Host/Hostess plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring seamless coordination between the dining room and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining Cleanliness: Monitor the cleanliness of the host stand, lobby area, and restrooms, promptly addressing any issues to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations and enhance their overall dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
