What We Need:
The Digital Live Chat Representative is responsible for helping BradyID customers by providing product and service information and facilitating technical and order issues. Specifically, this position is accountable for guiding customers through their online shopping experience, answering product questions and providing product recommendations based on the customers' need. The ultimate goal of the Digital Live Chat Representative is to convert a chat to a sale, where appropriate, and to provide an efficient and effective customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the digital live chat program with an emphasis on the following:
Providing product recommendations based on customer problem/inquiry
Handling and resolving first level customer service inquiries
Leverage internal resources to efficiently manage customer questions/inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date product, sales and company knowledge.
Creating Leads and Opportunities for the sales team
Effectively manage 3 active chats simultaneously.
Manage inbound chats by, selling & up-selling products and services
Ask qualifying questions and position products that best fit customer needs
Assist customers with sales process to ensure efficient execution of sales transactions
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year sales experience
Demonstrated record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets
Resourceful, investigative mind-set
A disposition to sell
The ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Computer proficiency
Able to navigate through SAP
Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute accurately

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
