We are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure our supply chain is well positioned to support our next phase of growth.
The Operations Manager will manage the company’s supply chain operations in a tactical and strategic way, to make sure that sales functions and current operating conditions are aligned and communicated well to keep the customer scorecard high and efficient. The manager will also create an effective operation for continuous improvement and set standard operating procedures. The manager will oversee every phase of company inventory control activities, management, and implement best practices and have accountability for accurate ERP recordkeeping.
- Responsible for Epion Demand planning/forecasting

Develop and maintain a rolling forecasting process. Working with sales, marketing, and finance business partners to build an accurate picture of forecasted customer demand incorporating historical data, retailer input, and future sales/marketing activities.

Analyze demand and report monthly.

Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with Sales to sell off short-dated merchandise before expiration/obsolete
- Procurement of all supplies and ensures OTIF receipt

Monitors inbound inventory

Manages warehouse relationships and coordinate outsourced producers

Ensure completion of processes and operation practices used to manage product returns from retailers, insuring accurate inventory management and timely execution of product disposition/reworks.

Responsible for accurate data in the ERP system

Responsible for all inventory control:
- Manage the flow of goods throughout the company outsourced supply chain manufacturing and distribution footprint

Monthly reconcile stock level at item level by locations and manages stock transfers between WH locations.

Oversees inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy in inventory movements and system transactions

Identification of SKUs which are passed expiry, plan disposition approach to inform sales and CEO.

Manages overall Logistics & Master data

Works with the logistics team, CS Mgr and third party logistics to coordinate activities supporting reverse logistics operations and effective inventory management practices.
Qualifications:
-
Has experience working with ERP modules purchasing, inventory and bills of materials and production operating systems

Has experience with Shopify, amazon seller central
-
Relevant experience is a must. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain Management, and a minimum of 6 years progressive management roles

A certification with APICS, Lean or other related principals is a plus

Experience with Jeeves a plus

Travel up to 5-15 %
