- Matching Grant (MG)
- Youth Programs (YM & YC)
- Refugee Support Services (RSS)
- RAISE clients
- Assist Case Specialists as needed or able:
- Health director
- FSD benefits specialist
- School liaison
- Assist Operations Specialists as needed:
- Database Specialist
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Assist with legal document gathering and correction
- Assist the Resettlement Director as needed
- Assist the Family Support Director as needed
- Provide Transportation for Clients:
- Driving a RAISE-owned vehicle
- Driving a personal vehicle and being reimbursed at $0.655 per mile
- Attend Weekly staff meetings
- Attend Yearly staff retreat
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to use a variety of software applications (Google Workspace; Monday for project management; Database software)
- Attention to detail, particularly for inputting data in MO-RAP (state refugee database)and IRIS (national agency database)
- Patient, friendly demeanor, and empathy for people with limited English skills from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.

- Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree:
- Preferred major or minor in International Studies or Social Work
- Experience working cross-culturally
- Social work experience
- Language skills in any of the following languages: Arabic, Dari, French, Haitian Creole, Pashto, Rohyngia, Spanish, Swahili, Ukrainian, Urdu, Zaghawa
- Report to: Case Manager Coordinator
- Compensation:
- This is a full-time W2 position. All appropriate Federal and State taxes will be withheld per IRS W-4 and MO W-4. The employer portion of SSI and Medicare taxes will be paid by RAISE.
- Pay: $18 per hour, based on experience and meeting preferred qualifications
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week average
- Payment - monthly. No later than the 10th of the following month if the timesheet is submitted prior to that date. If the timesheet is submitted on or after the 10th payment will be made on Friday for time sheets turned in by Wednesday.
- RAISE offers 12 paid holidays a year. We do not offer any paid sick leave, paid vacation time, health insurance or other benefits at this time.
