What makes Ellie Mental Health different?
We are fresh and exciting! Our culture and values strive to make mental-health extremely approachable to everyone, while providing world-class mental health services.
Ellie makes the clinician's experience the best it can be by providing excellent compensation, benefits, training, and flexible schedules while also providing centralized administrative, technology, referral and inquiry support, client/therapist matching, initial scheduling, and ongoing billing and collections. Through these robust shared services, Ellie strives to lower the administrative aspects of providing care to the absolute minimum, so our practitioners have more time to focus on what they love – serving clients! Other clinics may have some similar approaches to these things, but Ellie has found a sweet spot between the security and support offered by larger employers and the creativity and culture of private practice – enabling clinicians to practice independently but not in isolation.

More About Ellie
Ellie Mental Health was the idea of two passionate and frustrated therapists who knew they needed the opportunity to be creative if they were going to find solutions to helping people with their mental health. The model focuses on flexibility, innovative decision-making, creativity, and putting our people first, while remaining a socially conscious and responsible business. Ellie is now a successful mental health organization headquartered in Minnesota. We are expanding rapidly across the nation through a franchise model because we want our owners to be imbedded in and have a passion for the communities they serve, because that’s where they live, work, grocery shop, and drive their kid to soccer practice.
