The Orem Finance Department is currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist - Apprentice. This is a full-time, benefited position in the City's 311 Help Center providing working level customer service and routine technical support to the citizens and staff of the City of Orem. Customer Service Specialist - Apprentice performs a variety of clerical and bookkeeping operations related to the maintenance of utility accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury operations, purchasing, city records, and/or payroll. This position also perform duties related to business licensing, fingerprinting, landlord programs, and passports.
