Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through prospecting and networking
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for expansion
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in account management, sales, and market analysis
- Strong background in outside sales, preferably in technology sales
- Fluid Power sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed
- 5+ yrs of related outside sales experience. Industrial customer experience a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Proven experience developing and maintaining customer base
- Knowledge of practical fluid power application of pumps, hoses, fittings, power units, controls

Pay: $92,082.00 - $103,196.00 per year
