Butterfield Residential Care Center is a 78-bed residential care community designed to allow residents all the privacy of apartment living without the worries of living alone
A typical day will include: The opportunity to develop a relationship with our residents and supportive healthcare team. The certified nurse assistant (CNA) is an integral part of the healthcare team who is responsible for providing excellent care to the residents in the facility in accordance with federal and state regulations. The CNA is responsible for ensuring safe nursing care is provided, all resident needs are met and reports concerns to the charge nurse for follow-up. CNA bathes, dresses and assists residents with all hygiene and toileting needs, assists with resident transfers, answers call lights in a timely manner, makes rounds on assigned residents and accommodates needs. The CNA assists in the development and implementation of the resident Plan of Care.
This position is Per Requested Need Days.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)
Experience: None needed… as we provide on the job training!
Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills,
Licensure/Certification: CPR Certification (we provide this if needed). If you are not currently a Certified Nurse Assistant, then we will provide training and help you obtain your certification. This is paid on the job training.
