Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This position will be located in our warehouse, in an office setting. Hours will be starting between 7:00-9:00am- and ending between 4:00-6:00pm. You will work every other, or every third Saturday ( with a week day off during that week ).
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to upsell ( as booking service calls over the phone for our service dept will be a large part of your job )
- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately input customer information
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
