Qualifications:
1 - Experience with Management and Customer Service
2 - Being able to communicate in English and Spanish is a requirement.

Job Duties and Tasks:
1- Supervisor our team and client's account
2- Make calls, follow-up estimates provide, and contact clients by telephone, text, voicemail, and email in order to book with us
3- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
4- Explain our services and prices, and answer questions from customers
5- Obtain customer information such as name, address, payment method, and other information needed, and enter orders into computers
6- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
7- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
8- Schedule appointments
9- Deal with complaints or doubts from clients and techs
10- Go the “extra mile” to (meet sales quota) and facilitate future sales
