As Transaction Coordinator, You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, title officers, lenders, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and frequent communication to facilitate smooth transactions. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining meticulous transaction records in our database, preparing closing documents, and promptly addressing any issues that may arise during the transaction process with professionalism and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, possessing a solid understanding of real estate transactions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are crucial for success in this position.
