Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management, food industry, and hospitality management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage budgets and financial plans
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus
- Monitor food production processes to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Knowledge of catering operations is a plus
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Must have positive and friendly attitude
