Broadridge is currently seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully monitoring daily activities, processing IDA requests for transfers in kind and new account requests, monitoring LOA processing, researching and troubleshooting issues with requests, responding to emails in the IDA Team mailbox, and updating the SDBA tracking log in CC360. The Operations Associate will work within tight daily and weekly deadlines to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities: -

Process IDA requests for transfers in kind and new account requests

Monitor LOA processing and act as a back up to our team in India

Research and troubleshoot issues and discrepancies with requests

Monitor and respond to emails in the IDA Team mailbox

Update the SDBA tracking log in CC360
-
Work accurately within tight daily and weekly deadlines
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
-
2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role
-
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
-
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Hourly Rate: $25 per hour
