Job Summary:
The Training Associate will organize, facilitate, and deliver training programs to the associates employees within the manufacturing facility and bakery.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various skills, policy, and compliance areas.
· Coordinate with departmental leadership team, safety, HR to ensure all employees complete required training.
· Researches and identifies areas in which training is required and/or beneficial.
· Identifies training needs and coordinate individual or group training sessions in identified areas
· Evaluates and modifies existing or proposed programs; suggests and implements suitable changes.
· Designs, drafts, and/or acquires new training materials for production.
· Collaborates with outside consultants and training providers to deliver training.
· Work closely with Bakery leadership to develop and implement working processes and improve work training techniques
· Administers & maintains, scores, and logs results of qualification, learning assessment, and retention tests; arranges retraining or other appropriate action for insufficient scores for audit purposes and to provide to HR.
· Facilitates delivery of training by reserving and setting up needed audiovisual equipment and training rooms; scheduling training times with attendees; preparing and distributing training aids such as handouts; and performing other related tasks.
· Performs other related duties, as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
· Ability to design and implement effective training.
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
Education and Experience:
· Associate or bachelor’s Degree is highly desired/preferred
· At least three years of experience in a related field highly required
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
