FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of a full-time Consumer Care Specialist Lead to join our team at the Provo location but must be willing to travel to Orem, Ogden, Lehi, and Midvale as needed.
The Consumer Care Specialist Lead is a key member of the consumer care relationship team. The CCS Lead will mentor and provide leadership to less experienced team members through subject matter expertise and provide training when needed. The CCS Lead will identify process improvements and lead related projects or improvements as a result.
The Consumer Care Specialist Lead will be responsible for communicating with all Consumer Care Specialists at each location and will be responsible for overseeing the patient visit schedule at each office as well as the mail. All schedules must be monitored throughout the day to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow through timely and effective communication with the appropriate CCS at each location. The CCS Lead will monitor the referral management module at each location, assist the CCS, and encourage follow-up as needed.
The CCS Lead will be responsible for a weekly travel plan which will be coordinated for maximum effectiveness. Attendance at bi-weekly meetings is mandatory and preset goals must be attained. The CCS Lead will be responsible for quality assurance audits for each office.
All training, new policies, or changes put into effect will be communicated and implemented by the CCS Lead.
The CCS Lead will communicate effectively and ensure a solid working relationship with all members of staff. The CCS Lead will be available throughout each workday via, email, and phone.
