```Duties```
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with working in a dental or medical office environment is a plus
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
