Integra Healthcare Equipment is a Durable Medical Equipment company providing patients with medical equipment for all their healthcare needs. We are looking for a self-motivated employee seeking an opportunity to be part of our excellent service team. We support 7 states, including IL, MO, MI, WI, IN, MN, and FL.
Position does require employee to work rotating weekends and participate in a on-call shift rotation.
The schedule is 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday with rotating weekends.
DME Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company customers via phone and email by addressing inquires and resolving complaints.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on rental/sales transactions, and logistics process.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative knowledge, forwards to the appropriate staff.
- Ensures the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complains or concerns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and alternating holidays.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Medical Equipment experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
