NOW HIRING Customer Service Representatives in Troy, Michigan! Join our Dynamic team as a Concierge Outbound/Inbound Call Representative starting at $16.00 per hour:
· Outbound/ Inbound calls
· Full Time and Part Time shifts available
· Hiring shifts between 8am to 10pm.
We will train fully on-site for at least the first 30 days. After the first 30 days, the position will have the ability to become remote/hybrid.
· Start date: 7/15/2024
· Pay: $16/per hour
· Location: Troy, MI
· Training: 11:00- 5pm (2 weeks of training)

You would be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering questions, scheduling appointments, providing up-to-date information, following up on dealership leads, and addressing any customer concerns, with the utmost sense of care for the customer. About the job:
As a Hybrid Expert Customer Service Representative, you will ensure an excellent customer service experience for the customer, utilizing your training and outstanding customer service skills while handling outbound calls and inbound calls.
What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone (Inbound and Outbound) answering questions and resolving concerns for the customer.
- Employ problem-solving skills to assist the customer, to include providing issue resolution for customer concerns dealing with service appointments and questions about their vehicle.
- Provide marketing assistance to the dealerships by following up on customer leads.
- Consistently exhibit a patient and friendly demeanor with the customer.
- Manage through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously; properly logging calls in the system.
- Accurately maintain customer database and ensure all records are updated.
- Handle inbound calls and outbound calls using a manual dialer.

Must have your own home office computer equipment and maintain equipment (for remote work shifts), including a quiet, dedicated workspace, and a Computer with minimum requirements: Operating system:
- Windows 10 Home, Pro or Enterprise or Windows 11
- MacOS 11 Big Sur, MacOS 12 Monterey and 13.0 Ventura
- Full access to all functions (no business or school owned computers)

Quiet, private workspace.
A quiet and dedicated place to work online. It’s critical to prevent background noise on all calls by choosing a distraction-free area where callers can’t hear any sounds such as kids, barking dogs, traffic, doorbells, TVs, radios, etc.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication. Our agents will be speaking to customers from all over the country, so excellent listening and speaking skills are paramount
- Proficient use of technology, including computers and databases.
- Strong typing skills and website navigation skills.
- Representatives will need to competently and professionally use our customer service tools, scripts, and applications.
- Previous experience in a customer support role preferred.
- A positive, customer-first attitude at all times.
- Ability to problem solve in order to properly assist the customer.
