JOB SUMMARY:
It is the responsibility of the Lounge Server to expedite guests' drink orders and to provide beverage and bussing service to ensure a memorable experience for guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with ESALV policies, practices, procedures, dress code and service standards.
SCOPE:
The Lounge Server, together with the General Manager and ESALV team members, will work to ensure a positive guest experience during the course of serving food and drink orders and providing food and beverage service.
