Job Description: IntelliHost is seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Software Sales Representative at Intellihost, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing sales. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our SaaS solutions to Airbnb owners, demonstrating the value and benefits of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work existing lead funnel of hot and warm inbound leads (Currently no need to cold call with our hot/warm base of prospects)
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the Airbnb host community
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate IntelliHost's SaaS platform to potential clients through virtual meetings, webinars, and other channels
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of IntelliHost's solutions, tailoring presentations to the specific needs of each client
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position IntelliHost in the market

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS or real estate/STR industry (preferred but not required).
- The desire to be part of and help build out the Sales functions at a fast paced tech start up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets in an ever changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong understanding of the Airbnb market and property management industry preferred but not required
Compensation:
- $30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions: $130,000 OTE

- This is a full-time on-site position in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
