IMMEDIATE OPENINGS: PLANT MANAGERS

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Direct all aspects of the business including financial, technical, manufacturing and resource functions
- Maintain the trust of our customers by delivering quality products and demonstrating strong customer service through customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Never be complacent challenging the plant to be better than best in class every day
- Streamline processes and capabilities through people
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- 5+ years of manufacturing plant leadership experience (Tier 1 automotive supplier experience preferred)
- Proven track record of creating a zero incident safety culture
- Deep knowledge of large-scale manufacturing facility P&L
- Business acumen that includes strategic planning, capital purchases, project management and annual operating budget planning
- Strong experience managing people and labor optimization in a manufacturing facility
- Understands and has applied Lean Principles to address operations inefficiencies, knowledge of ISO and TS Quality Systems
- Experience developing and driving Continuous Improvement efforts within a large manufacturing site
