We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette and manage phone systems
- Assist in job/contract planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and staff
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support general office functions in a dental or medical office setting
- Assist with personal assistant tasks as needed
- Maintain and update organizational systems to streamline office processes
Skills:
- Experience within electrical contracting business or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively
- Knowledge of job planning procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally
- Excellent data entry accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with working in a construction office environment is beneficial
- Ability to multitask and provide support as a personal assistant when required
- Strong organizational skills to maintain office efficiency
