A local and leading home care company is seeking a full time receptionist with experience in a fast paced environment and the ability to multitask. This is a hybrid position that will be three days in office, two days remote, Monday-Friday. You will be provided a headset and a laptop.
You must live in Phoenix or the surrounding cities to be considered for this position and pass a drug and background test.
Receptionist Duties:
- Answer calls in a timely manner
- Provide excellent and prompt customer service to all callers
- Engage with callers to accurately and efficiently transfer to appropriate staff members/departments
- Complete required call log documentation in a prompt and accurate manner
- Collaborate and communicate with staff members regularly to maintain up to date knowledge of business
- Work effectively with office staff as required
- Attend in office meetings as required (minimum of quarterly)
In Office Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Assist with PPE kits
- Caregiver assistance as needed
- Scan and File Documents
- General office assistance and upkeep
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Absolutely must be reliable, on time, and work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi task with calm and ease
- Ability to work in a quiet work environment independently
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proficient with cell phones, computers and technology

Benefit Conditions:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
