Please note that we are looking for someone full-time, 5 days a week (in office). This is a rare opportunity to work in an aesthetic-based, surgical practice. This position reports directly to the CEO of the company and helps to ensure the team performs at a consistently high level to provide world class patient care and customer service. She/he should be comfortable with multiple facets of business management, including operations, finance, marketing, customer experience, and strategy. Given the level of this role, excellent communication skills are required, as is the ability to develop and train junior staff. Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity available for a talented leader to join our team as the Director of Operations! This is a full-time position located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The position includes a base salary of $100,000 per year, plus benefits, and the opportunity to earn additional compensation through performance incentives.
Job Duties:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the business, including but not limited to maintaining a positive and productive work environment; ensuring smooth processes and a high-end patient experience; overseeing the company’s facilities, equipment, and inventory; driving growth of the business, handling human resources administration; supervising the practice's budget by controlling costs and ensuring financial stability; coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers; keeping up-to-date with and adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards; providing direction, motivation, and performance feedback to all operational staff, including medical assistants, billing specialists, and receptionists; and continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall practice performance.
