We are looking for an RN to join our team in supporting both Fairwinds Brighton Court in Lynnwood & Fairwinds Redmond Assisted Living departments by splitting their work week between the two communities.
Fairwinds Brighton Court has a larger department averaging around 54 residents, they have a full-time RN delegator on staff and are looking for additional part-time RN support. Fairwinds Redmond averages around 30 residents, they look forward to having an RN join them part-time.
What you'll do:
Assist the Health & Wellness Managers / RN in:
· Works with the Health & Wellness Manager to oversee and coordinate both our medication program and care/services provided by staff to all Assisted Living Residents.
· Ensures that assessments, plans of care, services, and service agreements are current.
· Communicates with physicians and pharmacists to ensure that all orders are received, noted, and entered in EMAR.
· Provides health-related support for residents, families, staff, and outside referral sources.
· Mediates service provision issues based on resident rights including self-determination, risk management, and autonomous decision making.
· Demonstrates the ability to become familiar with Assisted Living Facility Licensing Rules: WAC 388-78A
Risk Management:
· Assist in the investigation of incident reports/med errors with the goal to reduce future incidents and ensure proper communication to all parties.
What you will bring:
· Active RN license in Washington State
· Ability to demonstrate current geriatric knowledge, dementia care, and state regulations.

Note, the Health & Wellness Manager for each community is responsible for hiring and staffing as well as the budget. This is a clinical position, that will involve some teaching / coaching (in collorabation with the HWM) of Resident Assistants, especially the Med Techs.

Pay: $47.00 - $53.00 per hour
