We are looking for a reliable concierge to work at the main entrance desk of our condominium. You will be the first to meet our residents and guests so the first impression of our condominium depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. You will be responsible to protect the condominium and its residents by monitoring who comes in and out of our premises.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from residents in a professional manner.
- Greet residents when they enter the building.
- Process service requests and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
- Answer phones calls, check email, and monitor the lobby.
- Maintain control of all keys. This includes logging the keys in and out.
- Keep all visitors at the front desk until permission is received from the unit resident/tenant.
- Log in and secure all packages, deliveries and other appropriate items at the designated area.
- May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
Skills
- Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
