Our salon requires the talents and skills for a Front Desk Coordinator. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a warm and a natural talent for customer service. The candidate should present themselves as a professional and have a fashionable appearance. As well, the candidate must be computer savvy and pro-active. The responsibilities include:
- Greet clients via telephone to make and confirm appointments. Review online appointments to ensure accuracy.
- Using the computer system, check out clients and accept payment.
- Coordinate client flow with salon stylists and assistants.
- Daily closing includes balancing payments and printing schedules for the next day.
- Develop knowledge of retail products to upsell to clients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
