Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system and make calls when required by operations;

Provide customer support for: Pricing, invoicing, payment, general questions, improving customer satisfaction, service hours or any other technical information;

Order entry and management of customer accounts (opening, closing, updating);

Follow-up with customers concerning the service (uncompleted calls, improvement of the service, confirmation of appointments);

Analyze customer information, ask necessary questions and provide recommendations on possible improvements to equipment and / or services;

Identify internal programs in order to perform the job as accurately and efficiently as possible;

Represent the company with the highest degree of professionalism at all times;

Strive to achieve and maintain all acceptable departmental metrics

Perform various administrative tasks related to the customer service department (ex: data entry).
