The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional concierge service to residents of the property. This is a full-time position with split shifts.
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle resident complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- And other duties as assigned by Resident Manager
- Previous experience as a concierge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work split shifts
- Building Link preferred
Hours are:
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM
Monday: 3:00Pm - Midnight
Tuesday: 3:00PM - Midnight
Wednesday: - off
Thursday: - 1230AM - 9:00AM
Friday: 1230AM - 9:00AM
Saturday - off
